move2pay is a digital system for tracking physical activity and generating in-app credits (“move2pay credits”).

2. Scope of Work
move2pay allows users to earn digital credits through physical activity (e.g., steps, workouts).
This credit can be used to:
• in the move2pay shop
• as well as at select partner companies
be used to purchase products or services.
The system follows the principle: Move → Earn → Pay
3. Nature of the credit balance
The move2pay balance:
• is not legal tender
• is not electronic money within the meaning of the E-Money Directive
• cannot be withdrawn as cash or deposited into bank accounts
• serves exclusively as an internal settlement value within the platform
There is no entitlement to a cash payout or exchange for real money.
4. Using your credit balance
The credit balance can be used for transactions, in particular:
• as a partial payment for products or services
• typically up to a certain percentage of the total price (e.g., up to two-thirds)
The remaining amount must be paid using an external payment method (e.g., credit card).
5. Contracting party for purchases
The following applies to purchases made in the store:
• The purchase agreement is entered into between the user and the respective partner company
• move2pay acts as a matching and settlement system
move2pay assumes no liability for:
• Delivery
• Quality
• Product availability
6. Generation of credit
The amount of the credit generated is based on:
• measured physical activity
• internal evaluation mechanisms (e.g., duration, intensity)
move2pay reserves the right to:
• Adjust calculation models at any time
• To approve or reject activities (e.g., in cases of suspected tampering)
7. Abuse & Manipulation
Any tampering with the system is prohibited. This includes, in particular:
• synthetically generated motion data
• Use of third-party software to deceive
In the event of a violation, move2pay reserves the right to:
• To cancel the credit balance
• Block accounts
8. Fees
Fees may apply for certain services, in particular:
• Service and shipping fees for orders
• optional add-ons or subscriptions
All fees are clearly displayed before the transaction is completed.
9. Liability
move2pay is liable only for intentional acts and gross negligence.
For:
• technical failures
• Data loss
• Unavailability of partner offers
No liability is assumed.
10. Changes
move2pay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes.
11. Final Provisions
The laws of Austria apply.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
